For one eligible profile, with up to one hour in total each month across checks, improvements, posts, review responses, communication and reporting. Unused time does not roll over. Commitment, notice and billing date are confirmed in your proposal.

01What does monthly Google Business Profile Support include?+
From £99 per month, we provide up to one hour in total of checks, agreed profile updates, review-response support and a short summary for one eligible profile. We prioritise the work within that allowance. Daily monitoring, unlimited responses and guaranteed rankings are not included.02What if my profile needs a lot of work first?+
Where substantial initial optimisation, setup or other remedial work is needed, we scope a separate one-off improvement project and agree its price before work starts. It is not compulsory for every client.03Can you help with a one-off Google profile improvement?+
Yes. Where a focused improvement project is more appropriate, we can agree a separate scope and quote. Our published monthly service is for ongoing support; a one-off setup project is not compulsory.04Is Google profile support included in SEO or website plans?+
Only where explicitly agreed. It is a separate optional monthly service. When services are combined, we define responsibilities and avoid charging twice for overlapping tasks.05Does every business qualify for a Google Business Profile?+
